Ocarine®
Glutes
Protocol
The gluteal area contains the highest concentration of infiltrated and fibrotic fat in the body, which allows the application of higher intensities and delivers more noticeable results. It is one of the most requested treatments in clinics, as clients seek both volume reduction and a lifting and firming effect.

Ocarine® has developed a specific protocol for glutes that addresses three distinct areas: central buttock, lateral buttock, and the subgluteal fold, also known as the “subgluteal banana.” The thermodynamic effect makes it possible to work at higher temperatures in this area, activating deep lipolytic processes and stimulating collagen regeneration for a lasting tightening effect.
This 20-40 minute treatment adapts to both volume reduction and natural lifting/firming goals, meeting one of the most common demands in all aesthetic centers.

Specific Objectives
Ocarine® Deep System:
Perfect synergy for glutes
The gluteal area requires a personalized approach depending on the predominant tissue type. Ocarine® offers two specialized conductive creams that enhance the thermodynamic effect, adapting to different therapeutic goals.

LipoDeep – Body Cream A
Recommended when there is significant fat accumulation in the area. Its Fucus Vesiculosus extract acts as a marine drain, while Sorbitan Olivate optimizes thermal conduction for deep penetration. Ideal when the main goal is volume reduction.
Work at intensity 3-4, maintaining a consistently high temperature. It is essential to perform immediate post-treatment drainage and follow up with 2-3 drainage sessions per week.

FirmDeep – Body Cream B
Designed for cases with little fat, where firming and natural lifting are the priority. Echinacea Angustifolia stimulates new collagen synthesis, while focusing thermal effects on superficial layers for immediate tissue retraction.
Especially effective in the “subgluteal banana” technique to define and lift the natural glute contour.
