Initial setup

  • Set treatment time according to the number of quadrants

Area preparation

  • Divide the treatment area into 10×10 cm quadrants

  • Ensure the temperature can be safely raised

Treatment application

The thermodynamic technology of Ocarine® Dual penetrates these deep layers, dividing the area into 10×10 cm quadrants to concentrate energy where it is most needed.

Each session takes 20-40 minutes, depending on the treatment volume. It is important to calculate 10 minutes per quadrant, plus time for the initial assessment and cream application.

In addition to the standard anamnesis (collection of the client’s medical data), it is essential to:

  • Measure the circumference at 3 points (5 cm above, at, and 5 cm below the navel).
  • Assess fat type (soft/fibrotic).
  • Check for abdominal diastasis.
  • Take front and side photographs for documentation.

Do NOT perform this protocol:

  • During menstruation (may increase bleeding).
  • During pregnancy.
  • With untreated hernias.
  • Within 6 months of abdominal surgery.
  • If active intestinal inflammation is present.
  • After a C-section, wait at least 1 year.

Visible results appear from the first session as reduced inflammation. Circumference reduction is noticeable by the third session, with optimal results around three weeks post-treatment. Weight loss is not expected—this is focused on silhouette remodeling.

Manual lymphatic drainage on the same day, directed towards the inguinal lymph nodes, is mandatory.

Advise clients to drink 2–3 liters of water over the next 48 hours and schedule 2–3 drainage sessions during the following week to optimize toxin elimination.
