Ocarine®
Leg
Protocol

Legs are one of the biggest challenges in body treatments due to their complex anatomy and the variety of concerns they present: cellulite, fluid retention, sagging skin, and fat accumulation in specific areas such as the inner thigh.

Protocolo Piernas Ocarine®

Ocarine® has perfected a comprehensive leg protocol that works in a segmented manner, adapting to each anatomical area. Its thermodynamic effect penetrates in a controlled way, acting both on deep fat and on improving the lymphatic system essential for drainage and toxin elimination in the lower limbs.

This 20-40 minute protocol allows you to address concerns ranging from cellulite reduction to muscle toning, becoming an essential tool for professionals seeking comprehensive results in lower limb treatments.

Step-by-step leg protocol

El protocolo de Glúteos paso a paso

1.- Device Setup

  • Select the “Legs” option

  • Calculate treatment time according to the size of the area (20-40 min)

  • Start at medium intensity (level 2-3)

2.- Patient Preparation

  • Position the client in a lateral decubitus position

  • Divide the treatment area into 10×10 cm quadrants
  • Apply conductive cream according to the goal

3.- Treatment Execution

  • Activate using the start button

  • Work both legs in sections
  • Gradually increase intensity according to tolerance

Application technique

Work methodology

  • Elliptical or figure-eight movements

  • Slow, continuous rhythm

  • 10 minutes per quadrant
  • Alternate between legs to optimize time
Objetivos Específicos Ocarine

Target anatomical areas

  • Inner thigh (area of greatest sagging)

  • Outer thigh (cellulite accumulation)

  • Posterior area (hamstrings and lower glute)

  • Knee and calf (fluid retention)

Ocarine® Deep System:
The perfect synergy for legs

Leg treatments are significantly enhanced with the Ocarine® Deep conductive cream system. These formulas are specifically designed to work in synergy with Ocarine®’s thermodynamic effect, optimizing energy penetration and maximizing results in every session.

Ocarine® Deep System. FirmDeep y LipoDeep

LipoDeep – Body Cream A

Recommended for legs with cellulite and fluid retention. Its Fucus Vesiculosus extract activates peripheral microcirculation, essential in lower limbs where venous return may be compromised. It stimulates the legs’ natural lymphatic drainage.

It is especially recommended for the outer and inner thigh, working at intensity 3-4. It is crucial to complement with manual lymphatic drainage post-treatment to optimize toxin elimination.

FirmDeep – Body Cream B

FirmDeep – Body Cream B

Ideal for legs with sagging skin or loss of muscle tone. Echinacea Angustifolia strengthens the skin’s structure, being particularly effective on the inner thigh where skin tends to lose elasticity more easily.

Legs have a very specific and unique anatomical complexity:

  • Different types of adipose tissue depending on the area
  • Lymphatic circulation in this area works against the body’s vertical position
  • Several aesthetic issues present simultaneously (cellulite, fluid retention, sagging, and localized fat)

Ocarine®’s segmented protocol addresses each area with specific parameters.

Evaluate systematically:

  • Inner thigh (pinch test to assess sagging)
  • Outer thigh (pressure test for cellulite)
  • Posterior area (palpation of fibrotic nodules)
  • Knee/calf (fovea test for edema)

Most clients require a combined treatment, alternating areas in each session.

The lateral decubitus position is the most suitable, as it allows full access to both sides:

  • For inner thigh: upper leg flexed
  • For outer thigh: leg extended
  • Posterior area: prone position

Knee and calf: supine position with leg elevated 30° to promote drainage

The lower limbs naturally suffer from lymphatic stasis due to gravity (because of the body’s upright position). The treatment mobilizes toxins that, without proper drainage, would reaccumulate in the ankles and knees.

This is why it is MANDATORY to complement the protocol with immediate ascending manual lymphatic drainage and pressotherapy within 48 hours.

  • Grade I-II varicose veins: work around them, never directly, at reduced intensity (max 2)
  • Grade III-IV varicose veins: absolute contraindication
  • In mild venous insufficiency: reduce time to 20 minutes total and prioritize drainage

Always request written medical clearance.

  • Visible cellulite reduction from the 2nd session (especially on the outer thigh)
  • Decrease in thigh circumference by 2-4 cm upon completing the protocol
  • Significant improvement in fluid retention within 48-72 hours post-session

Immediate “light legs” sensation highly valued by clients

Since mild edema is common in the legs during the first 24-48 hours, the mandatory protocol includes:

  • Wearing light compression stockings (15-20 mmHg) for 3 days
  • Elevating the legs for 15 minutes each night
  • Manual lymphatic drainage at 24 and 72 hours
  • Drinking a minimum of 3 liters/day of water

If edema persists after 72 hours: stop treatment and assess kidney function.
